Who we help

Solihull Time To Care provide an array of support for a variety of clients, who require assistance with daily activities of living in their own home. This includes (But not limited to) :

• Elderly (Over 65)

• People Home from Hospital

• Adults with physical. learning disabilities

• People with Mental Health Problems

• End of Life Care

Each client has a plan of care with as part of our assessment process ensures the clients needs are individually met.

Each plan of care is monitored at follow-up visits. This is a way of documenting and communicating care given each visit….(Need rest of sentence photocopy cut it off)
